A 30-minute
look under the hood.
Paired with a clinical engineer who's actually deployed Healytix at a peer institution. No slide deck. We start in your data — or a redacted slice of it — within five business days.
Walkthrough on your own data
We ingest a redacted slice of your records into a sandbox tenant and demo Fabric, Sage, and Conductor against it live.
Talk to a clinician, not a salesperson
You get matched with someone who has stood at the same bedside as you — typically an attending or RN by training.
Leave with a written assessment
We send back a one-page integration plan: agents you'd start with, timeline, and the line items your CISO will ask about.
Your first 30 days.
No 6-month POCs. We measure success in weeks.
Working session
30-minute call with a clinical engineer. We agree on the first agent to ship.
Sandbox built
Redacted slice of your data ingested into a tenant. BAA signed in parallel.
Pilot configured
First agent + Sage retrievers tuned to your guidelines, your formulary, your panel.
First agent live
Production cutover behind feature flag. Full trace visibility in Pulse on day 31.
Common questions before the first call.
Does any patient data leave our environment for the demo?
No. Either we run entirely on synthetic data, or we work inside a sandbox tenant in your VPC. BAA signs before any real data flows.
What does the integration look like with our EHR?
We have first-class adapters for Epic, Cerner, Meditech, athena, Allscripts, and eClinicalWorks. For everything else, Relay's pipelines handle HL7 v2, CCDA, CSV, SQL, and PDFs.
What does pricing look like?
Annual licenses sized to your active encounters and the modules you turn on. We'll send a written proposal within five days of the first call. No hidden per-seat pricing.
Can we self-host?
Yes. Healytix runs in your VPC on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with options for on-prem Kubernetes for the most regulated tenants. Models can be self-hosted too via vLLM or TGI.
